The car has been through many changes, and I have taken pictures of everything. It is my daily driver and my project, and it is really hard to modify it this way .For some it may be annoying, for some it may be fun. I hope you enjoy it!

This is how my car looked when I first took it home back in 2006/winter/ - just another galant on the street. That didn't work out for me very well; having experience in painting and detailing cars, some basic knowledge of mechanics I can proudly say that my car hasn't been in shop for any repairs. So here we go:

HPIM0035.jpg

HPIM0031.jpg

HPIM0028.jpg

Originally the car was automatic

HPIM0048.jpg

First mod - sway bar out of 2g GST /15mm/. The car didnt have one to start with.

HPIM0099.jpg

Second mod - rear disc swap, dual piston front calipers off 2G GSX, and 5 lug conversion to all four corners

HPIM0295-1.jpg

HPIM0289-1.jpg

After some painting she looked like this

HPIM0259.jpg

New exhaust: 1g Eclipse Tsudo SS header, 3'' Magnaflow cat and 3'' Ebay GST catback.

HPIM0156-2.jpg

HPIM0227.jpg

Replaced the GST sway bar with 3g Eclipse 18mm sway bar and tubular lower and upper control arms.

HPIM0287.jpg

HPIM0310.jpg

Went and bought 2g KYB AGX and Eibach Pro kit

HPIM0305.jpg

On December 7th, 2008, I finished the 5spd swap and installed 2g leather steering wheel which was a bolt on BTW. All parts besides the trans came out of 2g GST

I found out that my curved control arms have bad ball joints after just 3 1/2 years. WTF??!! I need to buy new ones again!

Im having some 4Loko and relaxin ### it has been a very loooong day for me.

Very good looking gallant i was a bit skeptical when I first started looking at this but this is a great build great to see it I love these gallants.

Looks great man, want to do an evo2 clone but not practical at the moment

keep this thing updated

I have to say one of the best Galants Ive seen in jersey ... Thats not all pep boyed out !!!! LOL

My car was in two accidents that I know of, and the last one was with a deer. Half of the roof was smashed in. I repaired as much as I was able to, but the chassis started cracking windshields - its on the 5th windshield.

Either way, I just picked up one of the rarest Galants in the US. Its a 94 Galant GS. The 94 GS takes second place of rare Galants after 91 Galant GSX. The GS was made only in 94 and only 1700 of them were made.

Here are some pics

What Galant forum do you frequent?

Thanks for the comments guys! I appreciate it.

Yes, I got it from a guy in PA.

Installed the spare 4g63 engine I have.

HPIM1559.jpg

Eclipsh suggested that I cut the drive shaft in the middle, so there it goes

HPIM1558.jpg

I used some exhaust pipes and t-bolt clamps to get the shaft to its correct length. I'll be taking it to the drive shaft shop this coming week

HPIM1560.jpg

HPIM1566.jpg

Full drive shaft installed.

HPIM1561.jpg

HPIM1562.jpg

This is the piece that can be fit in the Galant's tunnel. I had to fab up a housing for it to make it beefier.

Been sick for a couple of days and havent been at the garage.

I did the roll stoppers with liquid urethane and its not the Windo weld urethane or any home depot roofing urethane, but the very same that the motor mount inserts are made of.

I had the partial insert in the rear one and full race welded front one which actually was kind of harsh.

HPIM1570.jpg

HPIM1569.jpg

If anyone cares, this is what I used:
