I just found out my shifter cables dont work with the AWD trans. The cable, that moves back and forth for going into gears, isnt doing its job somehow. Im gonna look into it tomorrow.

Can you tell I had the harness installed?! She is in and she is shorter and partially tuck.

Nice work. Makes me miss my '97 LS. I love to this much into a Galant - so many options for such an underserved platform. I came across a couple of GSs back in the day, nice to see one get taken all the way.

Finally got the Outlander caliper brackets in the mail after close to a month of waiting. Also in the picture 11.7'' Outlander rotors.

I have to get it all coated and it'll be ready to install.

Can't wait!

Test fitted the Intercooler and Then sent it off to my welder along with all IC pipes. The whole thing will have 3 couplers.

Big progress on the exhaust. I got the rear part and the downpipe finished, so now I have to meet them in the middle. I just ordered my second glasspack, so hopefully this will be finished sometimes next week.

Hello DSM Tuners,

It is time to "show off" my 94 Galant for the first time in its full glory (its not a show case quality by any means). Those of you, who have had followed my build thread, know that I have been working on the car for the past two years and it has swallowed pretty much every dollar that I've made. It has been a pain and a joy to work on the car and do the modifications I wanted to do, but the result is here and Im very happy with it. Biggest thanks goes to me for not giving up and pouring more and more funds into it. Big thanks goes to Eclipsh for pioneering the AWD swap in Galants, Chaotic Coating (Alex) for doing all the powdercoating for me in some crazy cold late nights, my buddy Shawn who housed the Galant for two years and my girlfriend for putting up with me...........oh shit I dont have a girlfriend because I bought this car......oh well; and not to forget the DSM Tuners community where I found answers to most of my questions.

It all started with a lot of jealousy of Eclipsh' Galant and it ended up with me acquiring 96 Talon AWD parts for $1000. At first, I thought I was gonna swap my red Galant since it already had forged piston engine and big brakes and stuff, but then when i thought about it, it was my only car and I couldnt afford to not have a daily. Then I saw an ad, selling a green GS (very rare) and the plan came together. The car didnt come with an engine, transmission or pedals and shifter, which I knew about. It looked pretty beat up from sitting under a tree for around 6 months.

So here it is 1994 Galant GS-x AWD swapped being on the road for two weeks.

Seriously, I dont know who the car belongs to. This is the first time I see another G besides mine in a long time.AND the pictures show why 7g never made big in the USA.LOL

Nice, really good work you did there! I Love me some 7g Galants, I had a 94 galant GS that I gave to my lil brother and swapped in a 6 bolt turbo for him. Love that car as does he, now i have 92 Galant VR4 and have owned a few Turbo CSM's. I guess you can say I love the rarity in these overlooked gems. Keep up the good work.

So after I finished my AWD swapped Galant, I got back to work on my first car - 94 Galant ES. The engine was already build, so all I have to do is to give give it a refresh.

Started taking everything apart.

Now, I have a problem with the 1g ECU not seeing the sensor ground, so I used the stock Galant ECU to start it.

And I thought that my soft brake lines popped a month ago, but it turned out the hard line near the gas tank ruptured. I need to find a way to repair and replace it

Got another fender today, now I gotta save up for paint.
