92 talon tsi o2 sensor help

My o2 wires on my talon cane out. Was hoping for sime help on getting them in right. There are two whites, a gray, and a black. As of right now I'm running it without one and wanted to get it fixed ASAP. Thanks in advanced

Can you post a picture of what you're talking about?? That would help us understand what exactly you need help with.

Did the wiring come out of the connector or the sensor itself?

It's te 4 wires coming off the sensor into the plug. The prongs popped out. I'll post a pic after work
