isnt there a test to do where you unplug the maf and drive the car or was that to check idle problems ......

thank you i posted in the newbie fourum and i was told it may be a MAF but its a good thing to know its def not an o2You're best bet is to find the NT sub forum and post there. I would suspect that an O2 sensor is not the source of your problems. I have literally ran without both o2's for a while and the car did not respond as drastically as that. I would start with general maintenance (spark plugs, wires, fuel filter, belts, adjust ignition timing, etc) before moving to major parts. Performance issues are usually almost always due to old age, versus anything else. That being said, the 1G ECU is definitely a source to check too (search here on how to check it).
