92 gsx cam angle sensor?

so i just swap in a jdm motor. and i saw the cas had a wire with a plug @ the end. but the old engine just had a plug point on it, so i swap them out. but my bigger ? is can i install it wrong? i had to clock it a little to install it, and i see i can move it around a bit if i want to.

You can install it 180 degrees off.

Once it correctly aligned you still have to adjust it to make sure it's timed correctly relative to the crank. Set it to 5* BTDC with the timing adjust terminal grounded.
