I went to the track yesterday in hopes of getting into the 13's, LOL no such luck due to my terrible launches.

Mods include : Evo gt Exhaust mani, MBC, full 3 inch exhaust with high flow cat, k&n w/hacked maf, act 2100 clutch, buschur tranny, 110 race gas. I spiked to 18psi and held 16. Here is my slip:

60ft : 2.0870
330ft : 5.8768
1/8 : 9.0520
MPH : 78.81
1000ft : 11.6950
1/4 : 14.0299
MPH : 98.73

The race gas was definitely NOT needed. It probably made you slower. Throwing race gas in the car will not make you faster unless you make changes to the fuel settings.

no my clutch was not slipping, i did manage to hit a 1.9 60ft one time but i missed a gear. Race gas was needed because i was hitting way too much knock at that psi, it was retarding my timing. With the race gas in there i wasnt hitting a single count.

You should not need race gas at boost under 20. That's just a bandaid for something else that you need to fix before going to the track.

you gotta work on that launch man, when i was running a setup simialr to yours i was pulling, 1.8 60fts all day.

What rpm are you launching at, your slipping the clutch not dumping right?

Get the launch down and you will be in good shape. I am surprised you are getting knock at 18psi. That is something you need to look into. After you get the 60' down, your car will turn some good times considering the mods you have.

Why were you running that low of boost with race gas. Did you at least advance timing a little?
