91 laser turbo fuel problem

i have a 91 laser that is getting too much fuel, i changed the regulator, mas sensor and the regulator solinoid, the car floods out with in 2 seconds of starting and shuts off. i didnt changed the injectors because i didnt think all of them can be bad but if the ecu is grounding them out they will be on all the time. some one correct me if im wront, looking for help

could be the ecu itself. Check for leaking caps or a clogged fuel return line.
