91 laser headlight

I recently got a 91 laser. When I flipped up the headlights the passenger side one goes up all the way but the driverside one only goes up maybe 3/8 of an inch. I was wondering if anyone knew what was causing this so I know before I start to fix it. Thank you

Open your hood, you will see two red knob on each of the headlight assemblies. Turn those knobs to adjust the height of your headlights:

Lawrence, It sounds almost like the motor is bad or the arm going to the assembly is rusted or binding up which is very common. The OP didn't say if the light is stuck up, or it just moves that far and stops. If it moves that far and stops I would suspect the motor of the arm being rusted or binding up.

My first dsm a laser did the same thing and yea over time and a few squirts of p.b it started working better. never got it quite right but theyd both open and shut after a few tries

It goes up that far on its own but then seams to get stuck
