90 running on cyl 1 and 4 only

I have a 90 2.0 eagle talon, its only running on cyls 1 and 4, 2 and 3 have no spark. I did the LED deal on the diagnostic plug and get a continuous flash which the book says means no codes, but the check engine light is on. I have a running but wrecked 93 for parts, so I can do the whole ecu, coil, transistor swap if I have to. can I splice in the 93 crank angle sensor into the 90 wiring? they both have 4 wires, but the 93 has red, white,, and two black wires, the 90 has red, white, black, and yellow.
also, how do I narrow it down to which one of all of those components is killing me spark

Swap out the coil and trasistor packs. I forget, but something makes DSM's spark on 1+3, and 2+4.

I dont have parts for the 90, I have parts for the 93.....
apparently to put in the 93 coil packs, I have to change coils, power transistor, Ecu,and tach.
I'll do that if I have to, but I don't want to do that if its the crank angle sensor
