90 N/T automatic to manual ECU

I know on the turbo moduls the ECU's can be swapt back and forth from the a/t to the m/t cars but there is a difference in fuel trims. But what about the ECU's on the 90 non turbos. Can the ECU's be swapt from a/t to m/t without any problems?

On the 1G NA cars (both 2.0L and 1.8L) the MT and AT ECUs are the same ones (not the same between 1.8L and 2.0L but the same MT to AT), so yes they can be swapped without any problems.
