90 Eclispe GSX AT shifting problem

So the other day I had my timing belt/spark plugs/wires/oil change all done. I get car back and couple days down road, on the way home which is 30 minute drive. It started to hesitate right when I almost get to my house. It does it only when I am about 5 minutes from home. So after 25 minutes of driving is when it tends to happen. The car will shift and then down shift, then sometimes it wont and will be stuck in that gear and be at high rpm's. When it shifts, it will jerk and then jerk again when it down shifts.

Just had a transmission service done yesterday.

If you just had someone else do tranny service and it's doing this, then I would definitely check it out myself. Too many stories of a shop messing stuff up
