$74 ebay oil pumps?

Looks like the BSE kit on my cover was galling up the bore is sits in. Quite a bit of side to side play and the BSE and the bore in the case are shot.

Shopping around for oil pumps and found these on Ebay.

I have 2 motors now. Noticed one motor has straight cut oil pump gears and the other has more on an off set angled cut, similar to a rear end pinion gear. Like so....

I'm assuming the offset cut is the aftermarket unit and the straight cut is OEM?

Which is better? Does it matter?

good question. I never seen one like you say. The only mod to make higher oil pressure is the BSE, and thats why they dont sell high pressure oil pumps.

I'll throw up some actual pics if anyone is interested. I plan on using a BSE again, so I'm sure either oil pump will work fine.

Just making sure there are no horror stories about cheap, Chinese, Ebay knock off oil pump's.

Personally i would never take that chance i even have second thoughts about using topline farless an ebay piece.Thats just me
