7 bolt swap for a 6 bolt (6 bolt longblock -- $500

Work to be done by Hi-Rev Performance of Hayward, CA (they rock!) $1.200 labor

wiseco pistons 9:1 compression

eagle rods

ARP-207-4201 ARP HEADSTUDS 12MM

ARP-207-5401 4G63 Main Studs

ARP-207-4201 6 bolt 90-92 Rod Bolts 9mm

Mitsubishi Metal Multi Layer Head Gasket

Balance Shaft Eliminator Kit
Parts TOTAL $1228 plus tax and shipping (Hi-Rev Performance will pay for half shipping)
the headgasket is a ralliart one it has 4 layers so should not have problem. Wiseco pistons are the best ones out there for the street right now. Highly recommended.

What parts do I still need (1g parts)?

6 bolt flywheel? Fidanza OR stock?

They will guarantee that the motor will be able to make 500 hp safely and it will handle up to 40 psi.

What else is involved????

Parts $1.5K-2.0K
Labor $1.4K
Longblock 6 bolt $500

Don't tell me do it yourself...graduated lawschool + studying for bar = 0 time

Help me out and let me know what's involved beyond what's mentioned.

Thanks..

In addition to the above I would replace the oil pump, crank and rod bearings and of course everything related to the T-belt while everything is apart. Sounds like it's gonna be a nice setup. :thumb:

I have a pte 50 trim already. See my set up on my ID page.

I am not even planning on running 40 psi.

How much psi is safe to daily drive n with a built engine??????

I'm thinking 21psi. How much more power do I need for the street?
