From everything I have read, they are interchangable as long as it is 7 bolt. This is not true the bolt spacing is not lining up. If you are to buy per say an aftermarket flywheel vendors do not specify whether it is a 1g 7 bolt or a 2g 7 bolt. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

After playing with two flywheels I determined that the holes will only line up one way. I dont' understand this. Since the 2g flywheel did not have an alignment pin I didn't know when I tried to put it on. I wonder if six bolts are the same way>? Wouldn't that throw the balance off? I mean could you see your wheels only fitting on one way?
