6cm exhaust outlet on evo mani

I have a t25 and an evo manifold sitting in my room. I want my car running pretty soon, but would it hurt anything if I run a small inlet on the turbo with the larger 7cm outlet on the manifold? And, do the bigt28's have 7cm inlets?

it really wouldnt be ideal to do it but. Big T28's have a 7cm inlet.
