I’ve got a 68hta v2, I was wondering if upgrading the td05 compressor housing to a td06 20g doe firing compressor housing would be an upgrade? If so is it just a straight swap? Or are there any upgrades/conversions that can be done to my 68 that are worthwhile

I would leave it alone and run it.

I don't believe you can just slap on a new compressor housing as the compressor sizes are different. FP had down-firing compressor housings so maybe call and ask if they can sell you one.

We might have some TD06 covers for the 68HTA wheel from that turbo on hand, drop an email to [email protected] and ask, one of the guys will remind me and I will check for you.
