they can be had, but you just gotta keep looking, I recall somewhere, someone found a set for like $250 new... but that's a rare find, and it was a sale of some sort... so, in general, nope... but look around, you might find something

I don't know if your looking to buy new or used but check out the classified, alot of guys sell of there 650s and pte 680s for 200-250 bucks. Seems like a decent deal if your looking to save money, I think I'd rather spend the extra money and buy them new though.
