I'm looking at getting a 1g throttle body. its a 63mm TB.
what kind of improvements will i see if i put this on?

Sorry to break it to you, but not too much. Make sure to use the 2g TB elbow.

for the price of a 1g TB i would say its worth it, i've heard some ppl say it gives them alot better top end power but if you still have the T25 its not gonna matter to much

Absolutely none if you don't port the intake manifold inlet, which would not be to hard or expensive. You can get a 1g throttle body (60mm one) for like 50 bucks usually. The 63 mm ones are usually a lot more than that, like 200 bucks. That 3mm will flow quite a bit more air, and you will most likely be able to feel a nice difference between the two. I personally would just go with the 60mm one though.

I noticed a difference with an UICP and 14b. The increase in power seemed to be in the higher rpms. I'd do it again. You need to grind the manifold inlet for sure though.

I'm wanting to do the same thing but mines a N/T, would that still be a 91-94 throttle body or what?

I hear this is a good way for some easy horse power. Any help would be appreciated thank.

if you mean you want a better TB for your 95 (420a) then you should look into the Jeep throttle bodies.

I put the new throttle body on my car today. Took it for a ride and when I'm driving I'll be stepping on the gas but it doesnt give it any gas, and when it does catch on and give gas it kind of throws you back in your seat. (head bobbing)

My check engine light came on and it says P0120
throttle/pedal position sensor/switch A circuit.

Anyone know what the hell is up with this shit?

Sounds like your TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) to me. Check to make sure it's connected good. Hopefully it didn't crap out on you.

Because that is what the TPS actually measures. It uses that to determine how much fuel to add and all that other junk. Just sends a signal to the ECU. Just make sure you got it back on tight and the right way.

VFAQ has a good right up on how to adjust the TPS to the way it needs. All you need is a mulitimeter.

That VFAQ isn't correct for a 1G and not even in the ballpark for a 2G. Follow the link flinguist gave,

If you want to know why the VFAQ is wrong look up one of my posts on the subject.
