Transmission Inspection case/plate 4g63 6 bolt? Where can I find this part? What's the proper name for it?

That's known as the starter plate.

Don't forget to install the lower inspection cover also. It bolts on with a few 10mm bolts. It helps keep dust/snow/anything out of the bell housing.
