2G 6 bolt swap in 95 no spark

so i bought a car with the 6 bolt swap and only dealing with 7 bolts in the past i know theres some differences, but i didnt think they were this bad... the engine is getting fuel the cas has been replaced with with black top, has an eprom ecu and ive also tried the 95 ecu from my last gst and still no spark ive swapped out coilpacks and the igniter, now im told i need a 2g harness, but wouldnt i need the 1g engine harness for the motor and the 95 harness with the fuse box that runs to the ecu? or do i need to run a full 2g harness? ive had issues before with my old 95 which had an 97-99 motor harness and some wires had to be swapped... i really need to get this car goin soon.... any imput would be nice

You're running a '95 ECU with a 1g CAS so you need to swap the spark plug wires.

ok i got that part im just not getting spark at all

i tried using coil packs that came off my old gst... still nothing

You're asking if you need a 2g harness in your 2g? If you don't have a 2g harness in there now what harness do you have?

Yes, you need a 2g harness.

it has a 2g harness.. but the engine harness just the engine harness is 1g.. still no power to the coil packs
