Alright guys, I have recently just got my car put back together. It's a 1999 GSX with full 6 bolt swap. I am getting fuel and it cranks just fine. I was using a green top cas and I swapped in a black holo to see if that would change anything and still get nothing. I have also swapped out 3 different power transistors and still no spark. I also decided to rewire the cas just to make sure everything was 100% good. I tested both for voltage and I am getting some voltage but I am not sure exactly where it needs to be. I'm assuming 12+. Any help would be nice because I tried to not make another thread about this but I have tried everything. It also feels like I am running v2.5 link, and I am able to connect just fine. I even swapped it out to see if that would fix the problem and still get nothing.

No spark no injector pulse it sounds like.
It has to be something with the the CAS/6bolt swap.
Does the ECU show an RPM signal/speed?
Check the wiring again.

did you check to see if you have in your dsmlink check off that your using a non 95-96 style cam angle sensor and swap the spark wires in the correct order...thats caused me to get no spark one time

Yes I have it unchecked and I had the car running with the six bolt already in I just swapped in a new head that is all I was using the same cop setup and it wasn't producing spark so I swapped in another cop and still nothing so then moved to regular coils and plug wires and nothing i have swapped out two different cas and 3 transistors and also rewired the cas for good measure and also rewired the spark plug sensor plug as well to make sure its getting power

That's what I'm assuming as Well but I have rewired the cas plug twice now and I'm get a good 13 volts of power and like. 5 on one of the other lines is this correct ? Anything else I can check for with cas I just bought this black top and it came off a running car

Have u checked to make sure the cas is not 180 out?
Heres a quote from another member
If you wired the CAS correctly you should see 12v on one wire, ground on another and 5v pulsing as you turn the CAS on the other two.

Not sure if this will help anything but did u switch the injector wires?

Yea if Testing those wires check out maybe a problem with the ecu? I would just start from the beginning and triple check everything. Something's being overlooked.
