Alright, so I finally got down to firing up the Talon and needless to say - it's running like total butt. So I got fuel pressure set, checked all leaks and corrected, ensured that injector sizes were set correctly through ECUFlash. Even flipped the CAS 180* out. Still running badly.

I pulled the plugs to do a compression test and found that plugs 2 and 3 are fouled. 1 and 4 are perfect. This is from a total of a full 30 seconds of running.

Now this is a 6 bolt swap in a 98 Talon with a black box ECU. Wiring for the CAS (green top) has been checked and is perfect. No injector wiring was changed as it is apparently not needed in 97+ Vehicles. I am running a COP and followed the wiring for Non-Inverted CAS.

And that doesn't explain a bit as to why 2 and 3 aren't firing.

I took the COP out of the equation and went back to stock coils and wires. No change. Reversed the firing order - Absolutely no go.

Fuel pressure is at 42.
MAF is tested good.
Injectors are FIC 550's - Set with ECUFlash and scaled added values with 160ms.

Check the power transistor. That would cause your problem, same thing happened to me.

The cop system works fine, I have it on my car, and no problems at all.

Compression is 160 across the board. I always get nervous when doing it. So that's awesome.

No arcing of wires. Don't see any arc points.

I'm afraid it could be the PTU. Hrm. Does the PTU differ from 95-99?

Well since I already dewired the COP and put the stock system back in, I'll just keep it as such. Lol.

I changed out the PTU with a known good one and she fired right up! Still has a bit of a miss but then again it's a 6 bolt swap with larger injectors. I'm sure my deadtimes could use a little adjusting. :)
