6 bolt full float pins on 2g wiseco pistons

I blew up my forged internals engine due to a shop screw up but thats another story for a different time. I have a 6 bolt block I am planning to build and I had a quick question I cant find the answer to. Im looking into getting these rods

Just wondering will these rods work with my 2g wiseco pistons? The pistons have all of 135 miles on them and are still in great shape I would like to reuse them if I can.

I've never heard of anyone running forged pistons with stock modified "floating pins" rods.

You can always be the first one and let us know how it went.

Haha I haven't heard of it either but I have both 6 bolt rods and forged 2g pistons so why not? Ill wait to see if anyone else has heard anything about them to order for sure, but I think these may be what I need to run those pistons with the 6 bolt rods.

Why not just get a used set of forged rods?

Ive already got the 6 bolt rods they came with the block I bought. I guess I was just going for the use what Ive got and save some money approach.

My 2.3 and 2.4 use "stock modified rods".

The rods that I bought with the block are definitely in usable condition.

My 92' which has the 2.4L laid down 432 HP on 20 psi. This was on the dyno that TPG tuning uses. They are still running good.

If you get them would you mind taking a pic of them? Hopefully they have an oil hole for the wrist pin. Also check for machining marks on both ends, where they would have balanced to lightest.
