I'm looking at swapping a race built 6 bolt engine into my 98 Talon Tsi.
The engine is currently hacked into a 95 tsi and I'm just looking for any advice as for wiring requirements and mods that I'll need to do b4 going ahead with the deal.

I know you need a cas sensor adapter from magnus or make one you will need to trim the side motor mount those i know for sure....look on this site for threads on this 1g in a 2g there are tons

Well if its already in a 95 then motor mount should already be done. It depends if it has a 6bolt or 7bolt head on it and if it has a 6bolt or 7bolt oil pump. If you know these then the link above will be easier to figure out what you might need to wire. If it has a 95 head then your going to have to figure out what you want to do with the cam sensor since there different from 95 to 98
