I would love to bring my 1g but I dont like driving it over 2hrs since I havnt hooked up anything to see my fuel lvl. Still debating myself about bring it tho

works for me, I'll bring a bag since I dont use charcoal (i have a propane grill at the house), and since your bringing the main food stuff, now when you say condiments are you talking like ketchup, mustard, cheese things like that? I'll pm you.

Honestly, you don't have to bring anything. I'm charging everyone a small fee (TBD, but probably between $5-10) to help cover everything unlike the previous years when some people helped bring various items. I don't want to deal with people showing up late/not at all again who volunteered to bring something, so this is how I'm going to try it this year.



The way I'm going to monitor the payments is when you pay me, you'll get a name tag. I really hate to be a stickler about this, but I can't have a group of 12 people roll in (some of which didn't say they're coming on here) and expect to eat. I know how much some of you guys can eat!

I'm going to provide all the main food (burgers, dogs, buns, condiments, etc.), just to make it easier and so I can be fair to everyone.

I agree that there appears not to be a need for me to bring a large cooler.

Considering the amount of effort that you have been giving to the DSM Meet, I feel that you do not need to apologize, or rationalize, about your decision to enable a better, as well as fair, gathering.

Also, everyone should remember that the Meet's site is not free since there is a fee involved with the State Park, and Brian takes care of the fee to secure its use.

Well I got my extreme psi oil feed line in... only to realize its the one for the turbo-head, not the turbo-oil filter housing.. sigh. Looks like i'm gonna be puking oil unless i can get one over nighted to me this week. Gettin close!

Just order it ASAP. Extreme is in PA and it should take no longer than 2 days to get to your door.

Welp, looks like the weather is staying solid, 88-90 degrees with 30% chance of t-storms. They do have pavillions at the park, so we can always huddle under them and have some grub.

Also got my oil feed line installed, had to buy a different fitting then the one extreme psi gave me. But for right now, no more oil leak

Well, looks like all the pavilions are reserved tomorrow, according to the reservations line. I don't know if we want to show up and see what's up or try to plan another location. I'm not familiar with the area.

The one year that people actually decide to reserve the pavilions...I swear

If I get to Ridley and find out all are reserved and not able to be taken or shared, we'll use Marsh Creek State Park as a backup. I've never been there, but it's not that far away from Ridley (~20 minutes) and seems to have a lot of parking and picnic area.

We'll see if I can make the round trip with no issues in a high HP DSM again this year, or if I have to take it home on a hook. Lol.
