Ok started a install of a pte 50trim. And we kinda hit a snag. The turbo is only oil cooled so the water lines are not used. Well we wanted to see how close the turbo was to clearning the water pipe along the front of the block. Well it does not even hit that water pipe. It hits the banjo bolt for the water water line for the old t25 that is on the block. Now can we just block this bolt hole off on the block and then cap the other water line. Or does this need to circulate water?

You could just grind off the edge of the bolt that is hitting. That's how I got a 50 trim from RnR to fit on my car. Well, actually, the previous owner of my car had done it for some other turbo and I found that only because of that would the turbo/manifold fit, hehe. Lucky me.
