5-speed fwd to auto fwd swap?

I have a good 5-spd manual right now but thinking I might want to do a swap sometime in the future with someone with an A/T. Is that a straight forward job or are there any major things to be concerned about?

Shift linkage, wire harness, axles. You have a 93 so its a 7-bolt turbo. No company not even Mitsubishi makes the 7-bolt turbo flex plate anymore. Thats gonna be a tuff one to find. I wish you luck thow.

Actually what I meant was if I'm doing a swap with a guy who has a 7-bolt 1g FWD a/t and wants to do the swap.
