4th pro event win this season BOTI Vegas new personal best! 9.11@159mph

Just got back home last night from a long 12 hour trip to Las Vegas for another BOTI event. I ended up winning this event making it my 4th pro event win this season, I had 3 pro event wins in a row, ran into some broken parts at the BOTI event in Seattle. Put a shep t-case in the car along with a 3.5" DSS driveshaft, and DSS rear axles and headed out to vegas for the BOTI event over there.

1st pass of the day and taking it easy I ran a 9.45 @154mph
2nd pass of the day I cut my best 60ft ever with a 1.38 60ft. was on a good solid pass till my damn foot sliped off the gas pedal on the 3-4 shift (fire shoes were slippery as hell) ended up running a 9.31 @144mph.

3rd pass of the day I cut a 1.47 60ft. and ran a 9.26 @156mph
4th pass of the day I cut a 1.39 60ft. and got locked out of 4th gear so I just threw it in neutral and coasted through at 9.41 @125mph.

5th pass of the day in the finals and for the win I ran this

60ft. 1.401
330. 4.001
1/8 5.996
MPH 126.02
1000 7.694
1/4 9.119
MPH 159.00

Yeah the suspension was changed out before this season even started, just basic setup GC coil overs with KYB AGX's.

I've been running the pro-import class all year long. Street tuner is more on the lines for the high 10sec cars to 11 sec cars. I don't wanna take away from those guys, it just wouldn't be fair.

I love racing the supras, haven't been beat by one yet this season, but it's bound to happen sooner or later .

Also we were pretty nervous about running Dana's supra. He was cutting the same 60ft's I was all day, high 1.3's.

Thanks Bill! haha I know, I wanted that 160mph pass extremely bad along with the 8.9x pass. It will come soon.
As far as Mike if your talking about the 213mph pass he did on the standing mile run, yeah man, that sh1t is nuts!!!

As far as the 1-2 shift, if I wouldn't have held 1st gear out like that it would have boged even worse. I spun pretty hard on that pass and the car speed wasn't up to the tire speed by the time I shifted into 2nd gear, it's been an on going problem all year, but we are now finnaly starting to get somewhere with this turd .
