Good morning everyone i have a question can I bore my 4g67 dohc block to fit 4g63t pistons and rods I been looking for a 4g63t block for a while with no luck at all so I'm done with that please any help I'm about to surrender sadly

No. There is a 3.5 mm difference between bore specs. Bore typically doesn't oversize more than .060 inches which is 1.5mm. You won't even get to stock bore. It isn't possible.
