2G 4G63T won't start

Hi guys, last month I posted a problem on my engine hesitating to accelerate and finally sorted out the problem with the connecting wires on the MAF.
Now, my problem is the car will not start up even cranking for some time, I changed on some fresh plugs and smelled fuel on the old ones. Engine was rebuilt with CAS and CPS replaced, I am using Nology Hot wires for my plugs connected to stock coils. Hoping to find answers thanks.

If it wont start or even stumble.. go to basics.. all it takes is gas, spark and air...

Make sure you are getting spark out of all cylinders when cranking.

First check each cylinder one by one to make sure you are getting spark on each cylinder. If you have spark on each cylinder then check your fuel pressure and post your findings.
