I have laying around two tensioner pulleys for my ps/ac-belt. The 20 mm width pulley was installed when I got my car. I bought a newer replacement pulley that's 25mm width. Now this pulleys bearing is wasted, too. I installed a new bearing into the 20mm pulley not knowing whether it's the right pulley or not.

Can I install the 20mm pulley without trouble or should I pull the bearing and install it into the 25mm bearing? I don't want to damage the new bearing by removing it.
