420a Operating Temp

Hey guys so after boosting my car I decided that I wanted to run my car cooler than normal, so i rewired one of the fans to and on/off switch under the steering wheel. I also put in a watter wetter, and a lower temp thermostat. I installed an autometer electronic temp gauge and its reading about 180ish constantly, unless i turn off the fan.My question is, is this a good operating temp.

Sounds like it's just barely off of stock operating temp... A lot of work for so little...

Is it good to run with a lower temp thermostat, I don't think it is.

I thought that stock temp was aroung 210 or so, becasue heat blew alot hotter before than it does now.
