420A no spark or injector pulse please help

I have a 98 eclipse RS. i sent the engine out to get rebuilt put it back in and have no injector pulse or spark. Replaced cam and crank sensors, checked the asd relay, and tested the coil pack. Also when I turn the key off then back on I get power to the injectors and coil but it only lasts for 3 seconds then shuts off and doesnt return when cranking the car....any suggestions????

Check that the cam and crank signals are making their way back to the ECU, and that the knock sensor is in-fact plugged in.
