Resolved 420A New oil pump does not have a timing arrow.

Just got my 420 a block back from the shop. However the oil pump I got does not have the timming arrow. I do not have the old pump for reference. How screewd am I? Is it possible to judge where the arrow should be from the Haynes manual? Thank you for your help.

yup, that's your arrow, and you put engine in TDC on #1 cyl, looks like your oil pump don't have a arrow to match but it's one tooth past 12 o'clock, your best bet is to put #1 cylinder to TDC and make your mark with the tooth which has the arrow on it. here's reference picture... or you can just buy a pump which has the mark but as long you have your engine in TDC, you should be good
