420A locked up but cant see what wrong ?

Ok guys heres the deal. most of you know i sold my gs and 10 minutes later the guy seized the motor. anyways I droped the oil pan today and i dont see anything wqrong with the bottom end ? but also theres was NO oil in the pan ? ( i did fill it up before he took it?)
anyways there was no oil but i cant see anything wrong with the pistons rods or crank ? what should i do or look for ? thanks

So wait, you filled it up, sold it, and he comes back 10 minutes later with a seized engine? Where did the oil go in 10 minutes? Even if it was a really bad leak it wouldn't all leak out in 10 minutes...sorry I dont know what to look for (I dont know much about engine internals) but I just dont understand how ~5 quarts of oil can be lost in 10 minutes!

exactly what im saying ! i topped everything off that morning. and it was more like 35 minutes after he paid me but you bet the point it was right after. i think he did something on purpose i just dont know what. ok also hers what he said happend

1.) driving then stoped at stop light **LOTS** of smoke comming from the back of the engine

2.) he drove about 5 or 6 minutes more then pulled off the side of the road to check it out. (tunring the car off adn getting out)

3.) looks around doenst see anything goes to start it nothing , said he drifted it backwards to try to start it that way nothing. so he called me

4.)got there did looked around/ checked oil nothing there.

5.)called a fellow dsm tuner we took off the wheel and tried turning the crank bolt and it would not budge. towed it back to my house just got the pan of and now here i am ?

what do you think ?

I dont see how it could burn 4.5-5 quarts of oil tho (in that small amount of time)! Sounds like he did sabotage something...anyway sorry man I cant help you, maybe try filling it back up and spin the crank? Would the crank spin at all if there was no oil in there anyway (if it wasnt seized, like on a new engine)? When the engine is seized is it usually visable? Good luck and that REALLY sucks!

you think it might start if there was oil back in it ? i didnt try thaty and the crank bolt would not budge it was impossible. all my weight + another person still didnt move it. but also like it said i didnt see one thing different from when i was turboing it 3 months ago ? maybe ill get some one else to take a look from westpadsm or someting thanks man.
