thanks this has really been alot of help

after doing some researching on the 2gnt website, i see that itd be better for my car to do the stage 1 or mild cams that way i can leave the stock valve springs. but, i still havent found information on if i get the stage 2 cams, if i will need to upgrade the valve springs. any help??

How do you know which valve Springs to get? Crower seem to have bunch of valve Springs but none of them seem to be listed a car specific, which model or part # is best for 420a ?!

I would recommend the Crower 2's NA. I have run these with stock springs on multiple set-ups. As a matter of fact, I'm running them right now on my daily.

I've ran Crower 2's on stock springs forever, but had random misfires at idles and seomtimes WOT, no damage or anything, did it like that for about a year, only way I solved the misfires were for upgrading a spring and retainers set.

Where are you seeing 264's and 272's for a 420a? Like I said, you'll want to show a link.
