I'm just looking for a quick answer to what the bore size on 2.4 G4CS block bored 40 over would be?

I've believe it is 87.5mm. I just wanted to get a second thought.
And if this is the case I am not able to run a 87mm Fel-Pro gasket correct? As that is the biggest bore HG they offer.

G4CS stock bore is 86.5mm. 0.040" is 1.02mm so that brings it to 87.5mm. So you are correct in that manner. Also you cannot use that head gasket.
