Should be 85.5 unless its been bored. Your best bet is to measure it and order accordingly. The gaskets from psi are great and their customer service is good. I would recommend them to anyone.

You do not need extra thickness unless your head or deck has been shaved.

+1 An MLS head gasket needs a fine surface finish to seal properly. Why not go with a composite and put the money towards some ARP head studs?

Also, stock bore is 85mm but the 85.5mm is just fine to use. If the cylinders have been bored, you want to choose the size accordingly. For reference, OEM composite gaskets are one size fits all.

^^^^85 is stock, you should bore 20 over and then get the 85.5 if the block has never been touched that is. .5 = 20 over 40 over 86 and so on. thickness is if you deck head and block to compensate for loss of the few mms used to deck, helping to keep stock compression ratio.
