I have seen it done on other cars but do not know if it will work on my talon it is n/t if any one can help let me now some pros and cons wold be nice thanks:confused:

Individual throttle bodies are used on high HP cars, I think I've seen 2 turbo DSMs that have them. I can't think of any pros for having them on a N/T car.

ITB's are for n/a cars, i have NEVER heard of anyone making them for our cars but i do know they make universal kits. They are supposed to give you a better throttle response, but only when you have high horsepower. So on a stock car it would be a waste of money and they dont give that much more power(i doubt you will gain, you will probably lose). Did i mention there expensive?

In addition to better throttle response, if you have the injectors positioned above and in front of the ITBs, you get a better air/fuel mix. However, unless you've got a serious road racing car, there's no point. I've never heard of anyone have an off the shelf kit for the 420, but if you're really attached to the idea, you could get a custom setup made. Just be prepared to spend at least $3,000.

EDIT: If you want more than what you're currently putting out, slap a turbo on. Also, please speak in full sentences and proof read your posts. This forum is pretty strict about that type of thing.

EDITx2: I see that you're a 92, which means your probably have a N/A 4G63, which has even less aftermarket support than a 420A. You'd probably have to do this one yourself. I remember vaguely now seeing a SMIM with built in ITBs off a sportbike, but I think that was a one off type deal.

Another thing that is often overlooked when switching to ITBs is that there is no good vacuum source. You can't just use one of the throttle bodys since it will only have vacuum 25% of the time then nothing (or maybe even positive pressure depending on valve overlap) the rest of the time. Just one more thing to think about before you switch to this expensive, complicated, high maintainence system.

i have not seen it on a dsm that's not to say there is no one in the dsm world that does not have it i am always up for new stuff . and i thank we all what to go faster

i am pushing 350hp 315fpt but you now how it is you get use to it and what more that is y i am rebilding it

You got to be kidding me. WTF

In your profile your an ase master tech and have been running dsm's for 7 years. You can't spell or complete a sentence and on top of that you have no clue about ITB set ups.

350 hp is serious for any n/a 4 cylinder car thats amazing! That thing must be stroked more then Clinton was on his best day
