1g throttle bodies

simple question can i use a 90 TB on my 91 tsi? i know theres differences like isc but they are interchangable to fit but havent put them to the test.

It should bolt, but it has small differences. Look here, or better yet, contact this guy. He is GOOD.

You probably can, but it shouldn't be too hard to just find another 91+ TB.

The 90 TB is slightly wider, but should still bolt up. You will have to re-wire the throttle position sensor. The vacuum lines are in different locations on the TB so if you use those you would have to figure out the new routing.

I would just pick up a 91-94 TB, press in new shaft seals and call it a day.
