I have a feeler out to RTM as well, but figured it'd be good to discuss on here in case anyone has experience. Or at least to document their response for anyone else searching in the future.
Planning to run the larger spacing 2G VR4 calipers with 340mm rotors. Then again, may not do it if I have to buy wheels beyond what I have.
Has anyone run the 340mm brake upgrade here:
What wheels did you go with? I have on hand some 2G 3kgt vr4 17" wheels and also Cobra wheels (17x8 and 17x9 iirc). Not sure if either would clear, but I'd do whatever works, within reason (i.e. no huge spacers). Staggered won't matter with GST, it may just look out of place with Mustang wheels. They're like the flat 5 spoke type though.
Also have some cheap 18x8" wheels that look like they came from Amazon. These required awful spacers on one of my VR4's (I didn't do it), so they'd likely require spacers to clear the same calipers for 2G DSM. Maybe I'd get lucky but probably not.
