So far Ive got a 6 bolt 4g63 with stock rod bolts, arp main studs and a mitsubishi head gasket all done 1000 miles ago. I'm looking to make 290-350 hp. I was going to run a bastard 20G or 18G turbo and 650cc injectors(or bigger if needed). If I were to run 20 psi would this be safe with these emgine internals.eventually I'm going to cams. I have a full 3" exahsut and downpipe so there wont be alot of back pressure and no cat. I'm just trying to ask if this will hold safely with 93 or 100 octane.

The stock block can handle 500whp easily so you're fine. As long as you have all the supporting mods.

Mod list:
880s
evo 3 16g
vsrf front mount
dsmlink v3
hks 264s
dejon hard pipe
2g exhaust manifold
stock intake manifold
1g bov

Your money would of been better spent on arp rod bolts...instead of mains. Just saying.
For 300whp he doesn't even need arps. arp rod bolts are only needed if you're revving at 9k.

Toatally with you on that but I'm going to build a seperate block for 500hp. I didn't want to pull this one yet.

Ok so 20-25psi should be good then.
I'm going to push to 350whp then.

And arp main's are? I was just stating that his money wouls of been better spent on rod bolts and it would of saved a couple hundred as well. And would allow room to grow if he wanted. The stock rod bolts will stretch way before the mains will.
