3" Megan Racing Exhaust Question

So I just purchased the 3" Megan Exhaust, and have it hung properly, and am now curious as to the proper way that the silencer comes of. I noticed the rivets located all around and wondering if you have to take those of to get the silencer off. I tried to take of the two visible bolts holding it on, and it would not slide out, and just curious the proper way to take/slide it off. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

No, those two bolts are all that holds that silencer in place. What I did to pull that sucker out is bend a coat hanger, and shove it in so that it catches the lip on the silencer inside the muffler, and begin pulling. Or you can also try shoving a bungee cord in there, and try to hook the end on to the end of the silencer and pull as well.

Thanks much, sitting at the shop now and will give that a shop once it comes down from the rack and my oil pan, and oil cooler fixed up. I will let you know how the process goes after that. Thanks again
