Well hear i am again. Cant seem to get a straight to the point info on whether or not i should get one. So i am wondering what are the benefits of having one over the stock 2g. I have heard that i should get one then i hear that they really arnt worth messing with so i guess i same back here to get some good advice cause i know everybody here will give me the honest truth about a part and if there really worth messing with so thanks for all the great info i will get:thumb:

The honest truth? Its up to you and your goals i like mine but im getting dsmlink so i wont need it. You can vent benefits, lots of threads here on gm maf, but it comes down to you and what you want to do with your car.

The gm maf with a translator can be finicky. For ease of use and a more reliable tune I would either go with an evo/3g maf or go speed density. I mean it will work dont get me wrong, I have one now, but its less hassle to deal with.
