2pc axle bolt size needed

Can someone tell me the size and pitch of the 2 bolts for the "carrier bearing" that bolts to the back of the block for the 2pc driver axle?

Somehow mind both snapped off, and I'd like to know which bolts to get before I tap.

14mm head. not sure about the thread or thread pic, it i had to guess its a 12mm. just easy out those bolts. i had a broke one too.
