I previously made a thread stating how im in the process of drilling and tapping my hx35 bolt threads do to stripped threads and broken bolts. i cant find any turbo to manifold bolts that are slightly bigger then the OEM bolts. All i have found is OEM and i cant use those due to the holes being tapped alittle bigger then standard. So im looking for any links or bolt sizes that i can use. I cant find anything around where i live. Any help is appricated

You are going to have to drill them and see what size of tap you are going to be able to use. That is about the only way you are going to figure something out like this. There is no set size. Just what ever works for the application.

Do you know of any websites or vendors on here that sell multiple sizes of heat treated bolts that would be able to handle the heat and stress?

You can just go down to your local hardware store and get either a stainless bolt or the coated bolts, both will work just fine. A little copper anti seize will help you out also.
