2nd cilynder misfire help asap

i have a 2nd cilynder misfire and dont know why i got new mass air flow sensor did not help then i got a manifold pressure sensor and still didnt help. i have a coil on plug setup i put on 3 weeks ago and new step colder spark plugs i dont know what could be causing this please help

Have you tried to put a stock coil pack with wires on it? ALOT of times the cop's crap out!

My 2nd clyn misfire was cause by stuck open/bad injectors. I changed everything, wires, plugs, checked coil pack and power transistor.
Is it running rich? What does the oil smell like? Color?

i found the problem my auto part store was out of ngk's and i forgot i bought temp. cheapos the 2nd clyinder plug was melted and i mean melted
