420A 2gNT Is this the TCU?

Ok im reading so many different things on forums about where the tcu is. ok this guy posted that the tcu is right behind the stereo and u dont even have to take it off just the side foot boards "which i did" and it should be there. i found this small box thing but someone else posted that its not that its something for the airbags this is just confusing beacause people say diff things My car is a 96 auto eclipse gs non turbo

Is there another one in your engine bay that looks kinda similar to that? If so, that is the tcu.

420a ecu's I beleive are in the engine bay.

yea the ecu is in the engine this is the only thing i could find in the back of the stereo where everyone describes but just would like a confirmation thx for the help !!!
