Hi folks...going to replace all 4 corners, rotors and pads on my 99 eclipse GS. I will listen to all input! A local shop really pushes Akebono brake pads. What do you think? If you went to a local retailer for brake rotors...where would you go? Whats your opinion? Thanks

Got these on my talon, had em for 1000+ miles and they work great! Just makes sure you clean the rotors good.

Front Rear Kit 4 Performance Drilled Slotted Brake Rotors and 8 Ceramic Pads | eBay

I know its an ebay product being used on a critical safety component, but I think I would have been able to tell by now if I didn't feel safe with them. The stopping power is great for in town and when I decide to hit the trails.

I have been using Wagner Thermoquiet ceramic brake pads from adv auto on everything I own for a few years now. Great stopping power, quiet, no squeal and very little light colored dust keeps your rims clean. If it says not to put anything on the back of the pad in the instructions then do exactly what it says. I have used them on 2 DSMs, 2001 Galant & 99 Tacoma.

I had Akebono pads on my 2001 Galant and didn't like them. Only got 17k miles out of them and they made my rims look like crap!!! I've had the Wagner's on my Tacoma for about 3 years and 50k and they look great still!
