420A 2gNT 98 eclipse rs misfire

So my 98 eclipse rs has a misfire you can hear it as soon as I turn the car on, I changed the spark plugs I even connected my code reader and it’s not giving me any codes what so ever, does anyone have a idea on what the problem could be?

I don’t know too much about 420’s but I’d start with a cylinder drop test to see which cylinder(s) are the issue
